Meat alternative

It is interesting if you want to vary from time to time the dishes and do something more vegetable. When you mix it with other foods the truth is that it tastes good as a whole.

Es interesante si quieres variar de vez en cuando los platos y hacer algo más vegetal. Cuando lo mezclas con otros alimentos la verdad es que en conjunto queda buen sabor.

I use it as a substitute for meat, as if it were minced meat, especially to accompany pasta. I boil it with pasta and I am happy with the result.

Lo utilizo como sustituto de la carne, como si fuera carne picada, sobretodo para acompañar a la pasta. Lo hiervo junto con la pasta y estoy contenta con el resultado.

Great, great product and great macros

Neutral flavor, fabulous texture, and excellent macronutrients. Very good vegetable source of protein (combine with grains or protein from oily fruits like peanuts etc), texture very similar to ground or textured soy. I use it to make a vegetable sauce or ragout, and it has a fabulous texture, I would buy it again a thousand times, in fact I stocked up when it was on offer :)

Sapore neutro, consistenza favolosa, e ottimi macronutrienti. Buonissima fonte vegetale di proteina (da associare a cereali o proteine di frutta oleosa come arachidi etc), consistenza molto simile al macinato o alla soia testurizzata. Lo uso per fare un sugo o ragù vegetale, ed ha una consistenza favolosa, lo ricomprerei altre mille volte, infatti ho fatto la scorta quando era in offerta :)
