I spend most of the day out of the house working and doing sports, even studying at times and taking them at the beginning of the day is quite noticeable, more awake, less tiredness (I sleep little, insomnia). In addition, its uncoated tablet format, small size and with the line to split them makes it even easier for those of us who find it difficult to take large pills. The packaging could be improved.

Paso gran parte del día fuera de casa trabajando y haciendo deporte, incluso estudiando a ratos y tomarlas al comienzo del día se nota bastante, más despierto, menos cansancio (duermo poco, insomnio). Además su formato en pastilla sin recubrimiento, de reducido tamaño y con la línea para partirlas lo hace más fácil aún para los que nos cuesta tomar pastillas grandes. El envase mejorable.

What an invention, yes sir, a caffeine with a combined effect. I think it is one of the most important innovations from my point of view in terms of supplements. In my case, as a long distance runner, I always try to maintain that point that caffeine gives you. In this case, you can start your session with a good push but then you won't notice that typical caffeine crash. It's a real winner.

Vaya invento, si señor, una cafeína con efecto combinado. Creo que es uno de las innovaciones más importantes bajo mi punto de vista en tema de suplementos. En mi caso, como corredor de largas distancias, busco siempre mantener ese punto que te otorga la cafeína. En este caso, puedes comenzar tu sesión con un buen empuje pero luego no notarás ese bajón típico de la cafeína. Todo un acierto.
