It is a great gel, with 60g of carbohydrates in one shot, only that you accompany it with some fructose, natural or dried fruit, you have a good hydration for at least an hour. I have put 4 to the presentation because if you use caffeine and caffeine-free of the same taste, only a very small note differentiates it, but this is just to put a but. Good product and I will repeat.

Es un gran gel, con 60g de hidratos en una sola toma, solo que lo acompañes con algo de fructosa, fruta natural o seca, tienes un buena hidratación para una hora mínimo. Le he puesto 4 a la presentación ya que si utilizas cafeína y sin cafeína del mismo gusto, solo lo diferencia una nota muy pequeña, pero esto es solo para poner un pero. Buen producto y repetiré.

Top quality although short of HC

I bought the unflavored ones (I'm a sucker for sweet products) and, although they are slightly sugary, it's bearable. They have worked perfectly for me on long runs to maintain energy levels and delay (caffeine) the onset of fatigue. No digestive problems. Now to try the 60g HC ones... and if my body tolerates them as well.... Directly fixed in my races.

Compré las que no tienen sabor (me cargan los productos dulces) y, aunque son ligeramente azucarados, es soportable. Me han funcionado perfectamente en las tiradas largas para mantener los niveles de energía y retrasar (cafeína) la aparición del cansancio. Cero problemas digestivos. Ahora a probar los de 60gr de HC... y si mi cuerpo los tolera igual de bien... Directamente fijos en mis carreras.

Finally a gel with the optimal combination and ratio of carbohydrates (1:0.8) for maximum performance is presented. The 60g shot amount is perhaps a bit large but better than the standard 40g and minimizes the number of shots needed in long distance races such as marathons.
