I have been taking it for about a week and I have not noticed a significant change, I will wait another week and hope that the effects will be more noticeable, if not I will try the same but more concentrated, still something does.

I started taking it to try to control stress, sleep better and lower cortisol levels. I took it for 15 days and felt the effects straight away, this combination with magnesium is excellent.

I love this blend of ashwagandha with magnesium bisglycinate and l-theanine. I take one in the afternoon and one in the evening along with HSN's valerian extract and it really relaxes me and helps me fall asleep.
