100x100 Vegetable

Very good quality product. The seeds come clean, with a uniform size and a very pleasant taste. I use them daily in yogurt, smoothies or mixed with oatmeal, and they are an easy way to increase fiber, omega-3 and antioxidants in the diet. Plus, they help me a lot with bowel transit naturally. I love that they are 100% natural and additive-free.

Producto de muy buena calidad. Las semillas vienen limpias, con un tamaño uniforme y un sabor muy agradable. Las uso a diario en el yogur, batidos o mezcladas con avena, y son una forma fácil de aumentar el aporte de fibra, omega-3 y antioxidantes en la dieta. Además, me ayudan mucho con el tránsito intestinal de forma natural. Me encanta que sean 100% naturales y sin aditivos.
