The pills are a little big; if you have trouble swallowing large pills, I recommend buying collagen powder. I have no problem swallowing them. Las pastillas son un poco grandes, si tienes problemas para ingerir pastillas de gran tamaño recomiendo que compres colágeno en polvo. Yo me las trago sin problema. Me tomaba colágeno para fortalecer las articulaciones ya que padezco de bastante dolor de rodillas y la verdad es que noto mejoría, volveré a comprar.
