Having tried both 200 and 500 Mesh, what I have noticed is that the texture and dissolution, in 500 Mesh, being more ultrafine, dissolves much faster and is fully integrated even in cold water. Although I didn't really have much of a problem with the 200 Mesh before either. However, both will produce exactly the same results, only that 500 brings a plus of comfort when mixing it.
Habiendo probado tanto 200 como 500 Mesh, lo que he notado es que la textura y la disolución, en 500 Mesh, al ser más ultrafina, se disuelve mucho más rápido y queda totalmente integrada incluso en agua fría. Aunque realmente la de 200 tampoco tuve mucho problema anteriormente. Eso si, ambas van a producir exactamente los mismos resultados, solo que 500 aporta un plus de comodidad al mezclarla.
