Top quality turmeric, and without pepper (which not all of us tolerate and which does not work well for everyone). I notice the effects within a few days of taking it.

Good quality at a good price

I bought them for menstruation as an anti-inflammatory and also for the bones. At the moment I have not been taking it long enough to see its effects but I am sure that with time it will have an effect. The taste of the capsules is not noticeable and they do not repeat. The size is large but adequate to take. I usually take one a day.
