Liver cleansing
This was the second milk thistle supplement I took and I found it better because it came with more mg per capsule. To notice its effects, even if you are sometimes impatient, you have to wait for its benefits to show. Then I switched to the HSN brand and for the moment I am still taking that one. If there is another better formula later on, maybe I will change.

Para notar sus efectos, aunque a veces seas impaciente, tienes que esperar para que se noten sus beneficios. Luego me pasé a la marca HSN y de momento sigo con esa.
