I prefer the 4000ui from hsn.
Honestly, I prefer the 4000 IUI format of HSN's own brand. I hardly noticed the effect of taking the 1000 IUI every day. By taking a whole bottle of the 4000 IUI, I managed to normalize the vitamin D in my blood test, which was deficient.
