It is not the first time I take magnesium citrate but it is the first time I have had to stop taking it because of the acidity it causes me, even if I take it with meals. The pills are huge and hard to swallow and it has too many additives such as stearic acid and magnesium stearate (both fatty acids) not with a very good reputation. I do not recommend it.
No es la primera vez que tomo citrato de magnesio pero si la primera que lo tengo que dejar por la acidez que me ocasiona aunque lo tome con las comidas. Las pastillas son enormes y cuesta tragarlas y lleva demasiados aditivos como el Ácido esteárico y el Esterato de magnesio (los dos ácidos grasos) no con muy buena fama. No lo recomiendo.
