I used to take omega 3 but without a high concentration of DHA, now that I have increased this type of omega 3 I notice that I have improved my health, less benign extrasystoles and more general wellbeing.

After researching so many Omega-3s, this is one of the best products you can get in the Spanish market today. NOW Foods is a recognized prestigious brand, its Omega-3 is of very good quality and is in high concentration (it saves you from having to "swallow" so many pills a day) and its price is fair and not exaggerated compared to other products of other brands. If you are not sure which Omega-3 to buy, consider this one without any doubt.
Después de investigar tantos y tantos Omega-3, éste es uno de los mejores productos que se puede conseguir en el mercado español actualmente. NOW Foods es una marca de prestigio reconocido, su Omega-3 es de muy buena calidad y está en alta concentración (te evita tener que "tragarte" tantas pastillas al día) y su precio es justo y no exagerado comparado con los otros productos de otras marcas.
