I didn't notice much difference

When it comes to avoiding gluttony and binge eating, psilium was more effective in my case.

To be taken intermittently

I take it intermittently to help my metabolism and when I do more sports. It helps stabilize the blood glucose level which helps control appetite (not my case).

La tomo intermitentemente para ayudar al metabolismo y cuando hago más deporte. Ayuda a estabilizar el nivel de glucosa en sangre lo que hace que se controle el apetito ( no es mi caso)
