Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil by BioSeries is a product made of 100% organic virgin coconut oil.
Coconut oil provides medium chain fatty acids (MCT's). There are certain molecules in the composition of coconut oil that are made up by three saturated fatty acids that can have between 6 to 12 carbon atoms esterified with glycerol. More specifically, they are: caprylic acid (C8:0), caproic acid (C6:0), capric acid (C10:0) and lauric acid (C12:0).
Virgin coconut oil is obtained from the milk that comes from fresh coconut. It is produced through cold-extraction processes to guarantee that this product by BioSeries keeps all its properties.
