Sequential Release Chewable Melatonin (Melotime™) (1,9 mg Melatonin) from EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement in chewable tablets, made with granulated sequential release melatonin (Melotime™) and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, with sweetener.
We made this supplement as chewable tablets, probably the most convenient format since you don’t need water to take it.
We avoided using any animal-derived ingredients in its production, so it’s suitable for vegans.
In this supplement’s formula, we used a unique ingredient, Melotime™. A sustained-release melatonin that, according to the registered trademark owner (Inventia Healthcare Ltd), releases over 8 hours, delivering 50% of the dose in the first hour and the rest gradually over the following hours.
This feature sets it apart from immediate-release melatonin, which has a higher peak but the absorption lasts for a shorter time.
Melotime™ is a well-known registered brand, recognized for using a granulation system that ensures melatonin is released in a sustained way.
These chewable tablets have a strawberry cream caramel flavour that makes taking them really pleasant. No need to take with water.

I have tried several melatonins, and most of them have the problem that they make me sleepy quickly, but I always end up waking up in the middle of the night, possibly because the concentration of melatonin in my blood drops, if they are not time-released.
