My opinion will be brief: if you do strength training, they are necessary. In my power sessions they help me with the more technical exercises, but when I'm in the gym, here if we want to give it all in dead weight, I like to use these grips that are built in a material that in principle seems that it will withstand a lot of cane hehe

They are not bad quality but I think there are better options. If you don't put them on right they hurt you. I would not buy them again. They arrived to me with a defect and HSN took care of picking them up and sending me new ones. A 10 in this case for them.

How well it grips

The best belts I've ever owned
I do weightlifting and have had all kinds of straps. I always cut and sew them from the ends as they fit me better that way. These are the perfect thickness and width. The leather is perfect, durable and not too abrasive on the wrist.
