I find it much less effective... capsules that I have tried from other brands are much more immediate. The format is more uncomfortable and the truth is that the taste is not at all pleasant. I will finish it, but I don't think I will repeat.

Pues me parece mucho menos efectivo... capsulas que he probado de otras marcas son mucho mas inmediatas. El formato es mas incomodo y la verdad que el sabor no es nada agradable. Lo terminaré, pero no creo que repita.

It works very well, I like it very much. I recommend it. I take it in the morning. I take it with an infusion as well as on its own.

Va muy bien, a mí me gusta mucho. Os lo aconsejo. Yo lo tomo por las mañanas. Lo tomo tanto con una infusión como solo.

Good

Not a very pleasant taste but I mix it with orange flavored collagen and it goes down very well. It would need a dropper for dosing.

Sabor no muy agradable pero yo lo mezclo con colágeno sabor naranja y se toma super bien. Le haria falta un gotero para la dosificación

A 10 for me.

A 10 for me. And I have found the best way to dose it, I take almost 1 ml although the recommended dose is zero, 5. Twice a day, morning and evening, I take an empty capsule and the aloe NOW.El aloe I have it in a little bottle with dropper. Here is a picture of the bottle I am referring to because I find it very convenient. I prepare the doses, inject it into the capsule, close it and take it with half a glass of water and that's it. Remember to keep the bottle in the fridge.

Un 10 para mí. Y yo he encontrado la mejor manera para dosificarlo, me tomo casi 1 ml aunque la dosis recomendada es cero, 5. dos veces al día, por la mañana y por la noche, cojo una cápsula vacía y y el aloe NOW.El aloe lo tengo en una botellita con gotero. Os pongo una imagen de la botellita a la que me refiero porque me resulta súper cómoda. Preparo las dosis la inyectó en la cápsula la cierro y me la tomo con medio vaso de agua y ya está. Acordaros de guardar la botellita en el en la nevera.
