Ingredients
Beta-alanine, rice flour, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent [stearic acid (vegetable source)], antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).

Taking 2 grams daily (in my case pre-training) you notice how it reduces fatigue, tiredness and most importantly, the appearance of lactic acid.
