Ingredients
Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol plus mixed tocopherols: d-beta, d-delta, d-gamma tocopherol), gelatin, soy oil, vegetable oil, humectant (glycerin), purified water.

Vitamin E (Mixture of tocopherols) 400IU by Swanson is a dietary supplement in softgels based on d-alpha tocopherols plus d-gamma, d-delta, and d-beta tocopherols.
This supplement in softgels provides 268mg of vitamin E in each serving, which is equivalent to 400IU.
Vitamin E is nutritionally essential as our body is not able to synthesise it by itself. As such, it needs to be provided through the diet.
This formula contains vegetable oil as this vitamin has a fat-soluble profile and its contribution together with a small amount of oil is recommended.
