I put it in my post-workout shakes with HSN protein, glutamine and bcaas. It's a plus for endurance and for me it's the best on the market.

Good cheaper alternative to the creapure brand (although I recommend spending a little more and choose the one with a seal). Tasteless and with good dissolution.
