Good product, very good value for money. I usually gain a couple of kilos when taking it but it works very well. It takes away joint pains when I train and I raise a little the maximum weight I move when I train. Essential if you train.

Complies with what has been said, has good quality-price, although the packaging could be more convenient to use (I transfer it to another container when I buy it). Recommended. Remember to ask for the dispenser as it is not included by default.
