It gives us the feeling that we notice the effects from the first day. The taste is not good but it mixes well and is not a problem. It is difficult to quantify the dosage even with a ladle, because you don't have to fill it. In the end we are using a precision weight. Overall we are happy with the product. We bought the 1kg format and it looks like it will last us quite a while.

El sabor que tiene no es bueno pero se mezcla bien y no es un problema.
