As always, HSN delivers very quickly and at a much better price than the competition. In general, I notice the effects of creatine on performance, that's why I buy it, however, the packaging is a little uncomfortable to handle, the bottles would be better.

As a lifelong user of the monohydrate version, this HSN product I would say meets all needs. Great price and good ability to dissolve in water without sandblasting effect typical of the bare, pure monohydrate.

I don't think you can ask for much more in relation to the quality/price ratio. For me personally, due to digestive problems, it was too strong for me with the consequent intestinal laxity. But being well in the stomach I don't think it would cause problems.
No creo que en relación calidad precio pueda pedirse mucho más.
A mí personalmente por problemas digestivos me caía fuerte con la consecuente flojera intestinal.
Pero estando bien del estómago no creo que de problemas.
