Best creatine monohydrate on the market
I started using it because of the comments about it being a potent energy enhancer both physically and cognitively. I have been using it for a short time and although I have started with the maintenance dose from what I have heard it is very worthwhile. I think with all the studies and all that is known about creatine it's a shame that not everyone is taking it. So I recommend it a lot.
