Very convenient to take along with my pre-workout protein shake. After two months that I have started taking it, I notice more energy and stamina, I am with more strength in my Crossfit classes. The packaging is what could be improved instead of being bags in jars that the closure is much better and to store much neater as they can be put one on top of the other.
