HSN Creatine Monohydrate is a generic supplement that fulfills its function quite well. Taken in the right dosage, it improves muscle performance in strength activities. Although to a lesser extent, these improvements are also seen in endurance activities. HSN has another 100% Creapure presentation that significantly improves the texture. I prefer it despite being somewhat more expensive.
