Great.
I find it a very good product, it is totally tasteless and 100% pure creatine. I notice when I have stopped taking it for several days that my performance in the gym is much lower, and as it increases when I return to take it often. I totally recommend it. The packaging would be the thing I like the least, but I switch to another one that is more convenient for me and that's it!
Me parece un producto muy bueno, es totalmente insípido y creatina pura 100%. Noto cuando he dejado de tomarla por varios días que mi rendimiento en el gimnasio es mucho menor, y como éste se incremente cuando vuelvo a tomarla de seguido. Lo recomiendo totalmente. El envase sería lo que menos me gusta, pero lo paso a otro que me es más cómodo y listo!

I use creatine after those more intense sessions, as it helps recovery, capturing glycogen better. Regarding the damage it can cause in long distance runners in terms of gaining a few kilos due to water retention, personally, I have not noticed it.
