Good product
Its effects are clearly noticeable within weeks of starting to take it, you improve performance and you also see an increase in muscle mass, I guess because of the increase in intramuscular water. One of my favorite supplements. As the only negative point I would say that it does not dissolve completely, it remains in suspension and when taking it it feels a little sandy, but this has happened with all the creatines I've tried.
Sus efectos se notan claramente a las semanas de empezarlo a tomar, mejoras rendimiento y también se ve un aumento de masa muscular, supongo que por el aumento de agua intramuscular. Uno de mis suplementos favoritos. Como único punto negativo diría que no llega a disolverse completamente, queda en suspensión y al tomarlo se nota un poco arenoso, pero esto ha sucedido con todas las creatinas que he probado.
