I have been taking this product for several months. In my case I add it to protein shakes and I have to say that it does not affect the taste of the protein. This creatine has no flavor so it is perfect for mixing with other supplements. It dissolves without problems, although it is more difficult when you add it in a liquid that is very cold. I have noticed improvement in my workouts, both in running and in strength exercises. I would improve the packaging in which it comes, I would prefer the canister format as it is more convenient to take as the product is running out.

Llevo varios meses tomando este producto. En mi caso lo añado a los batidos de proteínas y he de decir que no afecta al sabor de la proteina. Esta creatina no tiene sabor por lo que es perfecta para mezclar con otros suplementos. Se disuelve sin problemas, aunque le cuesta más cuando lo añades en un líquido que esté muy frío. He notado mejoria en mis entrenos, tanto en carrera, como en ejercicios de fuerza. Mejoraría el envase en el que viene, preferiría el formato en bote ya que es más cómodo de coger a medida que se va terminando el producto.
