I guess well

Reportedly, it's one of the supplements that can be said to work? It is supposed to help give a plus to training but as I can not compare how the results would have been without taking it, I can only trust that the studies are true.

Según dicen, es de los suplementos de los que se puede decir que funcionan... Se supone que ayudan a dar un plus al entrenamiento pero como no puedo comparar como hubiesen sido los resultados sin tomarlo, solo puedo confiar en que los estudios sean ciertos
