Unquestionable quality, price, meets and has no taste, if diluted in water if it can be somewhat pasty, but I take it in milk and even appreciated, as it makes it more creamy. As for its purpose, it complies with muscle regeneration and that + of strength that we all seek in every workout.

Calidad precio indiscutible, cumple y no tiene sabor, si se diluye en agua si que puede resultar algo pastoso, pero yo lo tomo en leche y hasta se agradece, ya que la hace mas cremosa. En cuanto a su fin, cumple con la regeneración muscular y ese + de fuerza que todos buscamos en cada entreno
