It is difficult to know if it works
Solubility in water is very good, a couple of turns and it disappears. The taste is almost imperceptible. I take it at the end of training mixed with protein because they do not provide flavor. As to whether it works or not, well, who knows, that will be known over the weeks or months. This is my first bag. Speaking of the bag, it is very uncomfortable to take the last few scoops out of the bottom. What I do in these cases is to empty it into an empty peanut butter jar and clean it in the dishwasher and that's it, easier than that little bag in which my hand can hardly fit.

Hablando de bolsa, es muy incómodo sacar las últimas cucharadas del fondo. Lo que hago en estos casos es vaciarlo en un bote de mantequilla de cacahuete vacío y bien limpio en el lavavajillas y listo, más fácil que esa bolsita tan pequeña en la que casi no entra la mano.
