I have not noticed any muscle improvement with this product and it does not sit too well on my stomach, the hydrolyzed one is kinder to delicate stomachs...and much more expensive.
No he notado ninguna mejora muscular con este producto y no me sienta demasiado bien al estómago, la hidrolizada es más amable con los estómagos delicados...y bastante más cara.
