I have noticed the effects of creatine within days of taking it and I am delighted. I did gain weight but it was all muscle mass gain. I also think it has helped me perform better in my workouts. The only thing I would change would be the scoop, which is currently 35g and I would prefer it to be 30g. But the 1/2 kg packet is quite convenient, it doesn't stain too much. Highly recommended
