The best supplement

Creatine is proven to be one of the greats (along with whey protein). Although creapure is supposed to be better I am very happy with this one. It dissolves easily and has no taste

I think it's delivering, but I'll still order the Creapure for the next one. I recommend it if you are looking for something good value for money. It dissolves perfectly even in water and has no taste. The only bad thing is as you know, the packaging, the bags are quite uncomfortable compared to the bottles.

Creo que está cumpliendo, pero aún así me pediré para la siguiente la Creapure. La recomiendo si buscas algo bueno relación calidad-precio. Se disuelve perfectamente incluso en agua y no tiene sabor. Lo único malo es como ya se sabe, el envase, las bolsas con bastante incómodas en comparación a los botes.

The most effective supplement of all and the best value for money. They say it's better to take it post workout for recovery but personally I find it better as a pre workout supplement.

El suplemento mas efectivo de todos y encima el mejor calidad precio. Dicen que es algo mejor tomarlo post entreno de cara a recuperación pero personalmente me va mejor de pre entreno
