Paresthesias are your friends

Very good product of very good quality. The taste is -neutral-, although I prefer to take it with flavoring, and I take the opportunity to put lcarnitine and arginine in the pre-workout. To reduce paresthesias (itching in the face, hands, legs, etc.), I take it in two intakes of 2.5 ml in the pre-workout and 2.5 in the post-workout. If it itches, it works, and yes, it itches, but it can be tolerated without problems.

Muy buen producto de muy buena calidad. El sabor es -neutro-, aunque prefiero tomarlo con saborizante, y aprovecho a meterle lcarnitina y arginina en el preentreno. Para disminuir las parestesias (picores en la cara, manos, piernas, etc.), lo consumo en dos tomas de 2,5ml en el pre, y 2,5 en el post. Si pica es que funciona, y si, pica, pero se soporta sin problemas.
