I love intraentreno
It is my favorite intra-workout supplement along with essential amino acids. It gives you a plus of energy and its effect is very noticeable while training. It is noted that it increases the production of nitric oxide and also at the intestinal level as it improves intestinal pH, thus improving gastric acidity in people who suffer from this problem. At first I found it hard to tolerate the recommended dose and I had to lower it because the paresthesias in the ears were very annoying but then you get used to it and I take 3-4g intra workout and perfect.
Es mi suplemento intra entreno favorito junto con los aminoácidos esenciales. Te dá como un plus de energía y se nota mucho su efecto entrenando. Se nota que aumenta la producción de óxido nítrico y a nivel intestinal también ya que mejora el pH intestinal mejorando así la acidez gástrica en personas que padecemos de este problema.
Al principio me costó tolerar la dosis recomendada y tuve que bajarla porque eran muy molestas las parestesias en la orejas sobretodo pero luego te vas acostumbrando y tomo 3-4g intra entreno y perfecto.
