I still don't know if it has an effect
I've been trying it for a couple of days and I still don't know if it has any effect. With the itching issue, I got very itchy, especially on my face and arms, the first day; and because I think I poured too little water in the glass. I drank it in one gulp. I tried to fill a glass, 250 ml, and now it does not itch; although I do feel a little tingling on my lips, but in a minute or so it goes away.
Llevo un par de días probándolo y todavía no sé si hace efecto. Con el tema de los picores a mí me picó mucho, sobre todo la cara y los brazos, el primer día; y porque creo que eché poca agua en el vaso. Me lo bebía de un trago.
He probado a llenarme un vaso, 250 ml, y ahora no me pica; aunque en los labios sí que siento un poco de hormigueo, pero en un minuto o así se pasa.
