Pica

I purchased it for pre-workouts, but ended up putting it aside a bit when I bought a ready-made one.

Beta-alanine powder

A buffer against fatigue

Beta-alanine is converted in the body into Carnosine which is a blood lactate buffer, which undoubtedly reduces fatigue during training. I take 3 grams before training.

Beta-alanine powder

Great!

Impressive effectiveness in intense workouts, best given in very small quantities to avoid itching.
