It's been a long time since I last trained. A few months ago I started training again and although I got hooked again and recovered my physical shape, I couldn't work my legs without overturning or coming up short in some training sessions. I started taking half a dose because of the itching that was mentioned but I increased to the maximum dose very quickly, in my case I have barely noticed that itching (which is totally normal). Hace unos meses volví a entrenar y a pesar de haberme enganchado de nuevo y haber recuperado la forma física no conseguía trabajar las piernas sin volcar o llegar justito en alguna sesiones de entrenamiento. Me recomendaron este suplemento y la verdad podría decir que casi desde el primer dia he notado sus efectos. Empece tomando media dosis por eso de las picores que comentaban pero aumenté a la dosis maxima muy rapido, en mi caso apenas he notado ese picor (que es totalmente normal). No me causa ninguna molestia intestinal.
