Satisfied
It dissolves perfectly and results are soon noticed. The itching at the beginning can be avoided by spacing the doses.

Good
I'm going to assess overall, and daily performance improved. At least I no longer wake up late and exhausted.

Beta-alanine powder
Effective
It is worth enduring the itching it produces (it is annoying but bearable; it starts about 10-15 minutes after ingestion, and lasts about 1 hour), as it increases performance.

Second I buy and I am delighted. You notice the little itch when you take it which makes you activate quickly and give more power to your workouts. The effect wears off very quickly but you are already on fire!
