Tasteless, dissolves well in water during training. It gives a little tingling but it is normal.

Costiquillitas
You get a little tingling in your body when you take it. According to some studies in "google schoolar" that I have read, this together with creatine make a good synergy, thus increasing sports performance and enhances the effectiveness of both products.

Beta-alanine powder
Satisfied
It has no taste and is perfectly diluted in water. Something that is appreciated. I've been taking it for a month now, and I've noticed a small increase in maximum strength, so I'll keep supplementing.

I do not notice anything
I still don't notice the itching that they talk about or anything else. I think the dipper should be for one dose and not have to go around calculating to take only half a dipper.
