I'm doing great

Being on a vegan diet I was looking for a supplement to give me what I don't get from food and this one is going great, my energy level increased within a few days.

Very complete. the only thing i would change is if the tablet was a little smaller. it is too big compared to other vitamins i take of the same brand.
