Indispensable in my daily life, with training and diet they are great for not being lacking in any vitamin or mineral. And even more so now that I am in definition. The capsules are very easy to take and I am very bad at swallowing pills, I always have to split or open the capsules but these are great, they do not get stuck on the tongue haha. And the price is great, I take the 120 capsules and they are really good value for money.

Las cápsulas muy fáciles de tomar y eso que soy malísima para tragar pastillas,lkas tengo que partir o abrir las cápsulas siempre pero estas pasan genial,no se quedan pegadas en la lengua jaja.
