Vitamins

As a person who does not have a balanced diet (lack of vegetables etc.) I have tried these pills and so far they are working well, where I am noticing it most is in the nails that I have always had very soft and now they are harder. There are people who say that the pills taste terrible and the truth is that I don't know, I don't think they have any taste.

Como persona que no tiene una alimentación equilibrada (falta de verduras etc) he probado estas pastillas y por ahora me están yendo bien, donde más lo estoy notando es en las uñas que siempre las he tenido muy blandas y ahora están más duras. Hay gente que dice que saben fatal las pastillas y la verdad es que no sé, a mi no me parece que tengan sabor.
