Best value for money multivitamin-mineral.

I need a multivitamin mineral as a base for all the supplementation I take. This one delivers on everything, is very economical and does not have too much calcium like others (free calcium inhibits the absorption of magnesium and zinc). I am very satisfied and will continue to buy it.
