Complete multivitamin. The smell and "taste" could be improved. It smells very strong and after a while of taking it, it repeats from the stomach. There is also a metallic taste in the mouth that starts a while after taking it.

Multivitamínico completo. El tema del olor y el "sabor" sí que se podría mejorar. Huele muy fuerte y al rato de tomarlo repite desde el estómago. También se nota un sabor como metálico en la boca que empieza un rato después de haberlo tomado.

I am in a period of definition and I need an extra supply of vitamins and minerals to restrict certain foods in my diet. It has nothing to envy to much more expensive multivitamins and more than fulfills its purpose.
