The first time I bought the bottle with 30 capsules to try them and they have been so good that I have decided to buy the larger bottle of 120 because it is much cheaper and I forget to buy them for at least 4 months. I am delighted with them, my hair feels stronger, it falls out less and my nails, which almost always broke shortly after they started to grow, now last longer and look much stronger. I totally recommend them, I have changed the ones I used to take from another brand for these and they work even better.
La primera vez me compré el bote con 30 cápsulas para probarlas y me han sentado tan bien que he decidido comprar el envase más grande de 120 porque es mucho más económico y ya me olvido de comprarlas al menos durante 4 meses. Estoy encantada con ellas, el pelo me lo noto más fuerte, se me cae menos y las uñas que casi siempre se me rompían al poco de empezar a crecerme ahora me duran más tiempo largas y se ven mucho más fuertes. Las recomiendo totalmente, he cambiado las de otra marca que me tomaba antes por estas y me van incluso mejor.
