Vitamins are simply the first supplement to buy before any other, you need vitamin complexes if or if. They are also essential for the absorption of other supplements. These in comparison with others are quite potent, they smell funny, it will be because of its high concentration...if you urinate phosphorus is normal (seriously) is due to a component that when your body is already at full capacity is eliminated through urine.

Todo el que haga dieta sabe que son esenciales. No están asociadas a una ganancia de nada ni de energía ni de nada. Pero si te falta una vitamina...¡ay amigo! Las vitaminas son simplemente el primer suplemento a comprar antes que cualquier otro, necesitas complejos vitamínicos si o si. Además son esenciales para la absorción de otros suplementos. Estas en comparación con otras son bastante potentes, huelen raro, será por su alta concentración...si orinas fosforito es normal (en serio) es debido a un componente que cuando tu cuerpo ya esta a tope elimina a través de la orina.
