I have been taking it for a long time, especially during times when I don't get enough nutrients, such as when I am on a low calorie diet and intermittent fasting. Mis niveles de vitaminas han mejorado muchísimo y me ayuda a sentirme más activa y menos cansada. Inmejorable calidad y precio. El único pero es que no es vegano, así que deberé dejar de tomarlo, pues soy vegetariana haciendo transición a vegana, una lástima pues es muy completo pero esto es un punto a tener en cuenta.
